Licence Agreement

The software package HiQPN-Tool is provided pursuant to the following
agreement.

The registered user of HiQPN-Tool is allowed to use the tool HiQPN-Tool
for non-profit purposes. The tool is primarily intended to
be used for education purposes.
The PGP password must be kept secret. People interested in 
getting the PGP password have to contact the provider of HiQPN.

The software is provided without expressed or implied warranty.
The tool provider disclaims all warranties with regard to this 
software, including all implied warranties of merchantability 
and fitness. In no event the provider shall be liable for any special, 
indirect or consequential damages or any damages whatsoever 
resulting from loss of use, data or profits, whether in action of contract, 
negligence or other tortuous action, arising out of or in 
connection with the use or performance of this software.
